I have had several successful procedures with this practice and i was pleased with the outcomes. However, this last procedure was a nightmare on wheels. Over the weekend, i ran out of pain meds and reached out to Fields via answering service. I kindly explained to him that NSAIDs cause a GI bleed (this has been documented in my file since 2018). If there was a ZERO star rating this would have it! I drove 30 minutes to wait 45 for an appointment and they're gossiping and wasting time rather than seeing patients who need them. Don't waste your time being seen by these sorry doctors. I will NOT ever go back to this office. It was a waste even telling the person who checked me in what was wrong. Despite my initial hope for professional and compassionate care, I encountered several issues that reflected a lack of patient-centered service.
