Had a great first appointment here. The 2 front desk ladies were nice and walked me through everything. They saw me on time, waiting rooms/ areas were clean, midwife Melissa was great and explained everything well.
The office is always in clean condition. However, if you want a clinic where you and your wife's time and dignity would be respected, then look elsewhere. Dr. Moore is not interested in providing a high quality service with dignity. He doesn't actual sit with patients to learn and determine the best cause of treatment. As an example, during one of his sessions with my wife, he didn't even allowed the phlebotomist to finish conducting labor work. I just paid off my $493 (3/17/25) Balance with Bioreference that was pinned on me due to a visit at this OBGYN. My initial visit was 10/10/23! I came in for 1 specific need. They coerced me into getting STD testing that I did not ask for! Then instead of sending me to the lab myself, they said they would handle it. (Beware of this) Months Later I am hit with a $493 bill from Bioreference for this testing! & I also had to pay them $20 so $513 in total!
