Worst customer service I've ever seen in the medical field, for one year I have been trying to setup an appointment. They kept telling me customer care team will call you. Poor customer service, I told they lady in customer care, I will find another doctor.
The first time I had my son in 2021 it was a great experience. If you like yourself don’t worry about registering here because Moore will not show up on your delivery day. I am currently here in UMH and I feel abandoned and he only care about his commission and not the care of his patient. I am angry and frustrated right now
