My name is Normaineque, and I went to moore motors for a car and ended up in tears. Well let me tell you guys a little about my experience with the Moores 2012 I went there for a car they was very friendly at first. They asked me for a down payment which I had of course that's why went there, I had $1900 as a down payment on a 2006 Honda. They told me everything was good they ran paper work of credit I guess and everything was good supposedly the next day I go back to pick up my car they tell me I cannot get the car i wanted... read more
Horrible service, junk cars, crappy lot.
Do not purchase a car here! I would like to agree will some of the positive reviews above. When in the buying process, all sales reps are very friendly and they treat you like family... All smiles! However after my god daughter purchased a vehicle there, she signed up for every fee they had to offer because of her being clueless and excited about getting her first car with a HUGE down payment due to her lack of credit, she was approved... everything was all good for about 3 days, then the transmission went out.
