Established in 1999. Dr. Moore grew up in Salt Lake graduating from Brighton High School in 1990. After getting his Bachelors of Science Degree in medical Biology from the University of Utah he attended and graduated from Case Western Reserve University Dental School in 1999. There he received an academic scholarship and upon graduating the Deans Award for clinical excellence.
