Built a brand new home and hired this company to do our complete HVAC systems. Of all the contractors we hired to build our home, they were the absolute worst to work with. I regret not going with a professional company.
Excellent! Well informed and very knowledgeable of this AC unit.
Technician was very honest, easy to work with and communicate with and he was up front about billing details. We knew about the $130 house visit charge but were quite shocked by the $170 charge per system evaluated. I assumed there was a by the hour charge plus parts after the $130 since I had not been told otherwise on the phone when I booked the service. 5 stars on technician, 1 on billing practices.
I don’t typically leave reviews, yet alone poor ones, but this experience felt pretty uncomfortable. I’m a partner in a small business locally. We had a clog in the drain at one of our rentals . It was backing up into the shower on a Thursday morning during normal business hours. We called and they stated they did not have the available to come during the day but could come at 4:30 when their on call schedule starts . We used Moore Mechanical for a clogged toilet in late April. They came out and did have to auger the toilet. The tech never quoted a price. The next day the toilet was still clogged. I called on Saturday to let them know. They scheduled us again for the following Monday. They called Monday morning and canceled the appointment, moving it to Tuesday.
