Service man was very nice and explained everything very well!
On time. Efficient, knowledgeable and took care of our furnace.
Tech was on-time, courteous and knowledgeable. Figured out the problem, fixed it and identified another issue that needs to be addressed. Tech returned to fix previous discovered issue after receiving the part and also did a system clean out. I'm pleased with the job he did and plan on using them again as needed.
They come off extremely salesy which to me was a red flag to begin with. They will blow up your phone with calls and texts from the moment you inquire about anything. The tech called me the day before our appointment to say he would be there by 10am so we changed our work schedule around to fit this. He also gave me a ballpark estimate of what a new furnace would cost and said "is that still something you want us to come take a look at?" Well yes that's why we are getting quotes.
