Amazing service from Moore Mechanical agains his summer! This is the second time we have needed their help and second time we have been amazed! It started with Adam getting us the info needed and continued with their techs communicating well and performing the needed work flawlessly! We appreciate the local service and support! First time, AC unit work and the second, new faucet, garbage disposal & under sink plumbing all cleaned up and professionally installed!

Dealt with Dave on our plumbing issues. He was extremely helpful with all questions asked. He also helped in choosing a reverse osmosis system. The work was performed timely and it was a pleasure working with him. The support staff was great to work with in scheduling the appointment.

Jason was the HVAC technician helping us out on our mini split coding out with a P6 error (low refrigerate/low pressure). He provided an excellent diagnosis, and a best corrective action plan to solve the current and potential long term ac issues. Job was completed timely and effectively. From the conversation on the phone with Kaitlyn to the help given by Adam, we were more than pleased with the politeness and professionalism of your staff. Adam was so helpful and a wealth of information on how to care for and use our disposal. I can’t believe they worked it out to get to us in such a timely manner!! Great job Kaitlyn & Adam! Because of you, we are switching companies to Moore for our household needs!!!

They replaced the stopper in my toilet tank after I could not figure out where it was leaking. Got the job done in five minutes. I understood the terms, but $214 is still a lot for that short a job. Otherwise would have given them a 5 star. Their pricing is better suited toward larger jobs.
