The repair to our upstairs bathroom faucet came in two separate occasions. The first plumber did not have the part to fix the leaking faucet handle. So we tried to set up another appointment to repair the faucet handle. We were told it needed a new part which had to be ordered. So three weeks later after paying for the new part and service in advance, the new plumber arrived at our door asking if we had the part. Excellent work done. Did it on time. Removed old geo system and installed new forced air. Having done heating/AC work I know quality work when I see it. Clean up after job was great. Would recommend Moore Mechanical to those looking for professional work done While the service was good, their customer service is poor. I've been trying to get some information for a rebate from the electric company from Moore, seems I've been put on ignore. No correspondence from them and no returned calls. Jeff called to let me know he was on his way which I appreciated! He was very friendly & explained to me what needed to be done. He provided me with an estimated cost & completed the job in a timely manner. I will definitely be using Moore Mechanical in the future.

I had a boiler issue and called Moore Mechanical. They were booked for the day but found a way to fit me in. Scott came out and quickly fixed my boiler. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Amazing service from Moore Mechanical agains his summer! This is the second time we have needed their help and second time we have been amazed! It started with Adam getting us the info needed and continued with their techs communicating well and performing the needed work flawlessly! We appreciate the local service and support! First time, AC unit work and the second, new faucet, garbage disposal & under sink plumbing all cleaned up and professionally installed!
