Amazing service from Moore Mechanical agains his summer! This is the second time we have needed their help and second time we have been amazed! It started with Adam getting us the info needed and continued with their techs communicating well and performing the needed work flawlessly! We appreciate the local service and support! First time, AC unit work and the second, new faucet, garbage disposal & under sink plumbing all cleaned up and professionally installed!
Dealt with Dave on our plumbing issues. He was extremely helpful with all questions asked. He also helped in choosing a reverse osmosis system. The work was performed timely and it was a pleasure working with him. The support staff was great to work with in scheduling the appointment.
After my hot water heater died and flooded part of my basement, my go-to plumbing company couldn’t come out even for an estimate for a week. Fortunately, my 2nd call was to Moore Mechanical. An estimator was able to fit me in before the end of the day and a new heater was installed 3 biz days later. Aaron & Nick did a great job putting the new one in and cleaned up afterward. Moore Mechanical was hired to do the HVAC on our new build. From the start I should have known.: 1. The in-floor 1/2" tubing job they did for in-floor radiant heat was awful. My kids could have done a better job. It was so bad that the concrete guys wouldn't pour until they cleaned it up. 2. The manifold for the install was sideways and at ground level.
