I really appreciated the time Matt and Shane took to troubleshoot my heating issue, explain it to me, answer questions, and offer solutions. I also had a good experience scheduling and confirming details with their admin team as well. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and I would call them again if I had another issue!

Hired Moore to remodel our lower bathroom.. it was one issue after another. Sawed through the wall to our upper dining room, which they never repaired. Left water in our shop vac, which ruined the filter— did not offer to replace. The kicker was when they drilled a hole into the wrong spot in our shower, which set us back a good 2 months. Definitely do not recommend them.

I don't usually write reviews, but these folks should be called out. Sorry this is a bit long. Contacted them--and one other company--to get a quote for a new furnace, and possibly A/C too. AskEd for a quote that way: just for furnace or for both. Patrick quoted me for both only, so I reached out and reminded him, and had a quote for the two individually within 15 minutes. Jason was the technician signed to do my scheduledmaintenance. on my generator and my boiler..He was very well mannered easy to talk to and he seemed to be very well-versed at his craft explained everything to me in detail on what he accomplished. I was very happy with the service except there was one item that he could not do because of a broken down tool, but he said he will be coming back. to finish up..

Called last week to get an appointment set up for someone to come diagnose my hotwater heater that stopped working. Was set up for an appointment for today and was told it was the first appointment of the day and they would arrive between 8am and 12pm. I took paid time off to be home from work. I called Moores at 1150am and asked what the status was and why no call or no-show thus far. I was told the tech was heading in my direction.
