The installers from Moore absolutely earned their $ with the tricky duct routing, and assisting with the electrical hookups by Kleyn Electric. The salesperson, Kirt, was very helpful, but the full details of our email exchanges didn't get passed on to the installers. Overpriced! Requested a diagnostic on our heat pump was told it would be $130 total came to $230. Technician was nice but they weren’t even here an entire hour. This was our second opinion paid $150 for Team Bobs to do the same thing.
It has been 3+ weeks of AC issues. We've been charged 2 dispatch fees, they've come out 3 times and it's still not functioning correctly. The technicians are professional and kind but we just want our AC to work correctly. We have another appointment scheduled for next week since the repair from today was ineffective again. Hopefully, it won't be an additional charge again. :(
We have used Moore mechanical of Grand Rapids several time from a furniture repair to a kitchen drain sink repair. Amazing customer service, the technician that replaced an old sink for us did a great job. Very pleased at how the sink looks. Such a great company. Always our first call !!!
I am very pleased with the service I received from Moore Mechanical. They were prompt in getting back to me with my questions and came the next day. I am most pleased that they were able to service my hot water heater that is in a very hard to reach location. James was very courteous and helpful. The cost seemed a bit steep, but I didn’t have time to compare prices. Was glad to get it done ASAP.
