They really came through for me! Same-day, friendly service. Background: My AC went out and I had to call around to see if I could find a company that would, hopefully, come out same day - in Michigan's literal hottest week of the year so far. Our older home had some unique features for routing a gas line to the clothes dryer. James came out and walked through the changes that needed to be made to bring the gas line up to code. We scheduled and it was completed in an afternoon. We feel so much better knowing the gas lines are up to code. 5 star recommendation!!

Matt came out and was not only knowledgeable about the job he was doing but advised on other things he noticed for me. He was very kind and he assured me that if I wasnt able to get done what I needed with the Water Heater company I have coming out tomorrow, i could call Moore and I would be able to get it done with them. He was conversational and upfront about everything

Very helpful and understanding in getting a same-day appointment set. Technician explained all steps, even going out of his way to run to the store to pick up some parts. Installations were done very quickly and my AC restored on a very hot day.

Great customer service!!! Kind, courteous, and professional. Matt not only fixed the problem we called for but we asked for 2 extra pipes to be fixed also. He came out same day we called so we weren't left without water being made priority as we had no running water was the best customer service!
