RecommendedThe doctor is so nice and really cares for her patients. Amy who helps you with your glasses, making sure they fit well and making sure you are happy with them is great as well.
As an employee of this office, I can promise we always have the utmost respect for our patients. We care about the health of your eyes and we do everything in our power to ensure you are happy with our service.
They need to get a front desk person who is more people service oriented. I had a very bad experience when I questioned my bill. I met with eye rolling and a general lack of knowledge of the charges on the bill. She was dismissive, rude and generally a very nasty person. I was told that I was stupid and she knows what she is taling about and since I don't, there are no questions that I need to have answered. She is not going to waste her time speaking to me. I will not be utilizing this office again for any service.
