RecommendedJust moved to Gallatin from California! Tried Moore Life Urgent Care for an urgent issue, and could not have been more impressed!! Everyone was SO kind and professional! I always love talking to nurse practitioners, having been a nurse muself! They listen well! My appointment was at 10 am. I got there at 09:45. At 12:05 pm I got called in for a 5 minute X-ray. No explanation of anything.
I was seem at Moore Life Urgent Care today after I fell down the stairs. Everyone is kind and carrying. I got to see Dr. Moore himself. He is a kind and professional person. He is very attentive and explains everything. I don't go there a lot, but whenever I do I get excellent treatment.
This facility is amazing! I logged in and had an appt quickly! Once I arrived, I was assisted by exceptionally professional, and caring staff! I will use this office for my entire family! Thank you for your smiles and compassionate care. :) Debra M
I have been going to Moore Life urgent care for years, today I went in there not being able to breathe needing a steroid shot and they were more worried about $25 and not knowing how to work their credit card machine than me sit in there wheezing and not being able to breathe well. I have never been treated so horribly bad at that place and I will not be going back. I have always paid my bills there upfront never been delinquent in the payment and they absolutely showed me that money meant more to them than my well being. Sh... read more

I went there toady. Was seen very promptly and very friendly staff. This urgent care can do X-rays and give Iv fluids. I was given a round of iv fluids and feel much better. I would recommend this place to anyone who could not get in to see their regular doctor
