One-Star Review: Moore Jeep - Incompetent, Dishonest, and Potentially Illegal Practices! Moore Jeep's service department is an absolute nightmare. They held my Jeep hostage for 8 days for a simple diagnostic with no solution, no repair, no plan, and no offer of a courtesy car. After 8 days, I took my keys back and left.
