My Nephew is moving here from the peninsula and the realtor from James Wm Moore has lied to them repeatedly, ignores their phones calls, sets appointments and no one show up, these young people are buying their first home and James Wm Moore Real Estate has done nothing but make this the most horrible experience they possibly could. I hope for the sake of our community they do not treat all young couples coming to Rockbridge County feel so unwelcome as they have my Nephew.
My husband and I go through James Wm. Moore Real Estate for our apartment rental and they're the best! Their staff is always friendly and courteous. Any problems we've had have been addressed promptly and fixed! Our real estate agent Katrina Flowers is awesome! Definitely going to stick with them as long as possible.
