We hired Moore inspections in the process of buying a house for our daughter to attend aTm. The inspector Mr Moore assigned this task to did a terrible job. He failed to see that a load bearing wall had been removed without any structural reinforcement for the hanging kitchen cabinets--which caused the ceiling to sag. The house was passed with flying colors despite not meeting code for safe habitation. Moore inspections was fast, thorough, and complete. We would highly recommend! The inspections allowed us to go into a purchase with our eyes open! We knew what repairs were needed. We could knowledgeably decide which repairs should be in the contract for the sellers to do and the ones that we will do if the sale is completed!
