after months of calling me to schedule a Plumming inspection, I finally said OK. The day came, three guys showed up. They want to see all my bathrooms, Kitchen. They basically just walk around in my house, turning the on water, I told them we have no issues. Both Darien and Sergio were very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous. Dale and Abdullah were excellent and thorough, showed us pictures, explained clearly what the problems were and how they would be fixed. They were very generous in providing discounts for the work and scheduling very soon.
Moore/Napa failed to keep three appointments to clear a blocked main line of the house for which they had a service contract for over five years. Moore/Napa submitted inflated quotes for re-installing a clean out that had already been newly and properly installed several years before. Their quote for the work was four times higher than other plumbers familiar with the houses drainage system. The equipment they used on one snake job had electric wires loose and hazardous. I do not recommend them.
