Dave came and looked at our system. My wife and I are brand new homeowners so we know nothing. He explained everything in very simple and easy to understand terms. And fixed what turned out to be a minor inconvenience in less than 5 minutes. Best service and company we have used for a new house by far.
We've used Dave for 40 years and he's always given us exceptional service. We have multiple rentals in Lebanon and anytime we have an issue Dave always promptly takes care of it. His work has always been excellent and his prices, more than fair.

My heat went out last year during the winter and I called Mr.Moore and he came out same day to take a look at it to see what was going on he was able to get it working for the time being since it was so cold but advised me that I needed a new unit because of all of the issues and it was 25+years old. Fast forward to the beginning of summer I gave him a call to let him know I was ready to go ahead with the new unit and he came out priced it for me and once I gave him the go ahead he ordered the unit.
