Was my HVAC guy for a long time. Had him install a new system into my house. Totally new, runs and all. Unit fried a heating element the first winter, Dave came and fixed it. then the unit froze the first week of summer. Dave was hesitant to come out, didn't seem to want to fix it. I had someone else come out but they dint fix the core problem but they got it to run. Lie about how much the up keep cost, say 100$ yearly for filters then say 700$ when comes time to change filters
