I swore I’d never ever buy a vehicle from this dealership after I stopped one day to look at a vehicle. A salesman came out and I asked questions but he never once offered to let me look in the car. He never offered to let me start it up. I kept looking in the window and he just ignored me. In my line of work I have a team I run and I listen to my agents all day. The staff was amazing!!! They were patient and even stayed open late for us so we didn’t have to return the next morning. They answered all of our questions and made what we expected to be a very stressful situation simple and straightforward. There was no high-pressure sales pitch, just patience while we thought things through and looked at several different vehicles. Everything was explained and no question was left unanswered.
