When I called as a new patient to make an appointment, I was given a choice of 8:00a or 9:00a. I chose 9:00a and arrived at 8:45 to fill out paperwork. When I walked in, the receptionist had an obvious attitude and said “Your appointment was at 8:00”. I said no, it’s at 9:00. She said, “We don’t have anything available”, so I left. What a rude place. I won’t be coming back.

I have gone to MOORE Family density for 9 yrs. . I find the staff and Dentist to be very professional , and likable .

Rude Rude Rude!!!!!! “Mary” so she said her name was, has a smart, sarcastic rude attitude. The other two girls are very nice and so is the doctor or so I thought , but “Maria” made him seem like he really didn’t care about his patients I asked to speak to him and basically the answer was he doesn’t have time for his patients. I really recommend you go to a different Dentist, the way the staff interacts with you has much to say about the Doctor.
