Upon my first and only appointment with the Moore Clinic, I have to say this is the filthiest clinic I have ever been to. It's unclean and the attire is very unprofessional. The PAC I saw sat about 15-20 feet away from me and wouldn't even make eye contact. Her name was Shanna, she did not make eye contact for any of the entire appointment. Then she didn't fill controlled medications according to the WACs and tried to send me off to another clinic for different medications. Dr. Moore is truly one of the most genuine and compassionate doctors we have ever met. She has an incredible bedside manner and took the time to really listen to both me and my husband, carefully getting to know our medical history and creating a thoughtful plan for our concerns. I found Shanna through a different service and loved her so much I followed her when she was available at her own practice. Shanna is not only knowledgable but she takes her time, listens to me, understands how to get to the root of my issues and BELIEVES me. It is hard to find a doctor who listens and believes you. She has validated my experience and has empowered me in doing so. Shanna is sweet, patient, friendly and humble in her care and I highly recommend her!
This one of the finest primary care clinics I have ever been to in my life. The care I received is absolutely stellar. Shanna, NP is a wonderful provider, Rick and Karrie are absolutely amazing as well.
