They botched my cataract surgery and then when I declined further surgery and wanted contacts, they referred me to another doctor who didn't take my insurance. Very unresponsive to phone calls and once you are not a cash cow they loose interest! There are lots of better places!

Dr. Alley quit. Dr. Alley gave the practice sufficient notice. They did not inform us before our 1/2 appointment. And they made it seem like Dr. Alley didn’t show up that day. Then they made it seem like she abruptly quit so there wasn’t time to notify patients. On 1/9 I get a text reminder that my other child has an appointment with Dr. Alley on 1/16. I called and they confirmed the appointment. I asked them who would my daughter being seeing since Dr. Alley isn’t practicing there anymore. They don’t have a suitable replace... read more
The doctors are great but they need to cut down on the waiting time. My husband had a 9:50 appointment we finally was out at 12.
My 5 yr old goes here Dr Alley is great, she referred him to another Dr. Told me she will have all his medical records sent to the pediatrician so it can be covered under referral. I call to check the status of this and I am told that they will not send the records for about a month but Dr alley wants him seen sooner. The office staff doesn't seem to care and are very rude when you call and they just love to hang up on you even if your not the one being disrespectful or rude.
Like everyone else has said the wait is horrible! Going on 1.5 hours and still here!
