The best in town!
I was referred by a friend of mine who spoke highly of the firm. I made 3 separate phone calls over 10 days trying to reach his guy (Keith). I was sent to his voicemail once and the other two times, I left a message with Ashley, who was wonderful. I understand if he is too busy to handle another client, just say so. I’m a big boy. What I don’t understand is the complete lack of effort to contact me. They may be the best in town. Unfortunately , I’ll never get the chance to find out for myself.
I highly recommend going to see John for help with your taxes. He has done my taxes for the last several years and he has been timely and responsive with any questions I have had.
