The Emergency Room team at MCHD gave me excellent care last weekend. The physician and ER RN Aaron were professional and explained what was happening during treatment, which was very reassuring. It's great to have the best care right here in our town!
I came in for routine bloodwork and there was an issue with my insurance. I was given an estimate of $1000 to pay out of pocket. I said I wanted to call my doctor about the code she used for the labs before I paid to do them and that I would return. Draco in the billing office was very helpful and upon my leaving he took it upon himself to call the insurance and speak with them. He called me and informed me that my labs are 100% covered. I am very happy with my most recent experience at MCHD.
