Absolutely DO NOT even considered services here. Just from the initial interaction with the receptionist is completely unprofessional. Do not her name but she is heavy set blonde hair very messy in appearance. Very very rude, as she talked, I seriously thought I was going to throw up because her breath was so putrid. I just can not believe someone like this would be the front face of a business. We definitely will find Services elsewhere.
I have been looking for a counselor and was driving by and saw there sign. They were closed but the owner Sara was in the parking lot and said to call Monday. I called and a phone session was scheduled for Thursday at 4pm with Jill . NO CALL NOTHING I called the office and they were closed. I left 2 messages but I don’t think they will call. I even canceled my PT appointment for this appointment. Just really a bad experience when looking for help. That’s my experience.
For being a place to go for mental health. They talk down to you and are super rude.
