I have been looking for a counselor and was driving by and saw there sign. They were closed but the owner Sara was in the parking lot and said to call Monday. I called and a phone session was scheduled for Thursday at 4pm with Jill . NO CALL NOTHING I called the office and they were closed. I left 2 messages but I don’t think they will call. I even canceled my PT appointment for this appointment. Just really a bad experience when looking for help. That’s my experience.

For being a place to go for mental health. They talk down to you and are super rude.

Horrible place. I called back in August of 2023 about booking an appointment for therapy for my child and was told it was a 6 month wait and the next available appointment was April 30th 2024. I took that appointment time and waited the months to then come in for the appointment and it be scheduled as a full evaluation instead of a therapy session. I'm very disappointed and angry. Again we have to call around and be placed on more wait-lists for therapy.
