Good Doctor, bad customer services with Cowan's from my experiences. Maybe my expectations are too high for a little town business. No willingness to help find proper accessories even when offering to pay for it. Not respecting warranty by putting glue on frames. Glasses get scratched easily. No follow up for next appointments.
Dr. Moore has been my eye doctor since my first pair of glasses over 25 years ago. He's a great friendly doctor that knows what his doing.
