Posting as I previously saw Dr. Moore in town some time ago and he gave me a list of vitamins and fish oils, dos/don'ts. He said that at the age of 30 or 31 I had started to develop macular degeneration, despite having not done the test to even diagnose that. I would have been one of the youngest to ever even develop such a thing.
