I like my Jeep and I'm going to buy another one when the time comes. I was a little shocked for just a oil change and lube job was a hundred and some dollars I don't know if anybody else charges that but this is where I take my car. The car is 15 years old and still running great.
My service advisor, Justin is great! I had an appointment and simply waited in the lounge. Oil change, multi point inspection and tire rotation completed in 30 minutes. Unbelievable!! Kudos to Moore Chrysler Jeep and Justin for exceptional customer service!! Thank you!
Love the service department here. They are efficient and so nice! Another dealer kept our jeep for a week and still couldn’t figure out the leak we were dealing with. Moore diagnosed it within hours. They have been great with warranty claims, nice drivers to give you rides and quick with oil/lube appointments.

Still can't get my jeep in for repairs. #1 since last year when I got my jeep the engine stop and start when you came to a stop has never worked. #2 the rubber boot in the front driver side is leaking grease for over a month and still can't get a loaner to get it repaired.
