Love the service department here. They are efficient and so nice! Another dealer kept our jeep for a week and still couldn’t figure out the leak we were dealing with. Moore diagnosed it within hours. They have been great with warranty claims, nice drivers to give you rides and quick with oil/lube appointments.

Still can't get my jeep in for repairs. #1 since last year when I got my jeep the engine stop and start when you came to a stop has never worked. #2 the rubber boot in the front driver side is leaking grease for over a month and still can't get a loaner to get it repaired.
Yet another sketchy car dealership conning people out of their hard earned money. If they say purchase a jeep and receive free tire replacement its a scam. In order to get the new free tires the fine print states that you must first pay any "service recommendations" that jeep suggests, before they are willing to give you 4 brand new Continental tires lol. My 2015 Jeep is having engine problems due to mileage and age I just wanted to get new motor put in. I called service department for a quote service quoted me $12,500 just for the 3.6 engine online mopar website price was $5940 same part number new engine as well not reman. I asked about price difference I was told they will call me back never called back.
