Outstanding service by Fred Flores on our purchase of a new 2026 Wrangler. We really appreciate him answering all of our questions and test drives.
I was misled that I scheduled an appointment at this service department. I accidentally went to Moore instead of Larry Miller across the street. I have a 13 Dodge Dart that needed a simple quick learn done on the transmission. After having the car for 2 days the service manager asked me to take my car back since his tech didn't know what he was doing. Sadly today was my last visit here. Honestly I've never had a good experience here. What kept me coming back was the way they handled my first and worst visit. Today though, I'm done with it. I brought my Renegade for an oil and filter change. I mentioned they don't need to check the cabin filter I had just replaced it. I was told they have to check it because it's a liability, an A/C filter a liability? Fred was great, went in depth about each car I had picked out and even through in some great suggestions I didn’t see. Bought the car then he made sure there was nothing wrong with it through the shop
