Beware of the 'mandatory' accessories and hidden or double charging of fees. When did accessories/prep fees become the norm and accepted by buyers. So much for the laws preventing these kind of hidden junk fees $900 in mandatory (unwanted) accessories and $700 in prep fees that are supposed to be included in price, but not really. $1600 to vacuum, wash the car, and send paper work to DMV? $24500 magically turns into $26100. *Beware*. - We called ahead to look at a vehicle we saw on their website. The manager and sales associate both said the vehicle was going through service and being detailed, they asked us to come in the next day. We showed up and the vehicle was parked up front ready for us to test drive. If I could give it no stars I would . Very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I recently purchased a used minivan and scheduled an 8 AM appointment for a full assessment to make sure it was safe and find out what maintenance or repairs it needed. Before the appointment, I specifically asked about pricing and was told the assessment was free and I would only pay for any repairs I approved.
