Awful customer service. I am thouroughly dissapointed. I would think twice before going here. I own a Jeep Grand Cherokee, which was purchased in Texas. I have had 3 bad experiences with the service department at Moore. The latest of which they called me for a recall on the car (seat warmers are recalled, as they have been catching fire). I made an appointment for them to fix the problem, which takes a whole day.
