Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still impressed with their phone etiquette. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes

Does this provider remember you by name? No, I always have to remind them Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? A little, it was faint but I noticed one Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature.
