The entire staff is professional and courteous. I've been dealing with them for a few years, and just realized I hadn't reviewed them yet. After years of dealing with them, I have never had an experience that didn't deserve a 5 star rating.
After months of dealing with a inexperienced shop in my area I asked a friend for recommendations of where to take my car. After doing research I came across Moore. Based on reviews I made my decision and went to them to because it looked like they had experience. They discovered what was wrong with my Evo 9 and retuned it on Speed Density. The car feels WAY better than when it was on MAF. Awesome, great kind people, took care of me all the way, what a awesome team they got, I traveled from Newport News to fairfax to get tuned by one of the top best tuner that i know, Thank you Chris Hoover for the awesome flex fuel tune the car feels awesome feels like i have an upgrade turbo that keeps pulling up top and thank you to Bill and his team for answering all my questions and needs.
Awesome experience. Great customer service. Drove up from Newport News to get a tune and they didn't mind us hanging out at the shop till it was finish. And Chris did a great job with my flex tune. Will definitely be seeing them again in the future.
