Went to check out some cars and the salesman was very rude and acted like he didn't want us to be there so we left and went somewhere else to buy our car.
My wife went in to purchase a vehicle.. the guy that showed the car was most pleasant...she went in with the finance manager sit down gave her all the info ..now my wife checked her credit score...knew what it was before going in there...this lady was so rude and disrespectful...she only used one financial institution..knowing there are three...told my wife her credit score was lower than it was...my wife tried to look at the paper when the lady snagged it out of her hands before she could see it..then told my wife the bank ... read more

I bought a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu! Little did I know before driving off the lot with the car that the car had been wrecked really bad. The whole front of the car was wired together. I was never told this when buying the car. They said they were going to wash and clean inside of car but did not. When I picked the car up it was filthy. I called to ask where the floor Matt's were that were in the car when I bought it and was told the were to dirty to clean and were thrown away.
