Would rate zero stars if I could. Jamie is harassing us at this point. I have told her MULTIPLE times over the phone that we are no longer interested in Speech, and OT services and to remove us from the waitlist. She states that she will and then turns around and keeps calling like we didn’t just have this conversation. This issue has been going on for close to a year now and I am fed up. We keep going in circles with this place we’ve been rescheduled three times now in over a six month period. Do better.
My boys and i was sick i called the day before and informed her we all had strep jamie or whoever said it was okay to call.her to let her know when we wasnt sick que two weeks later we get a bill saying we owe 100$.. excuse me? No i don't think so. We did miss the next weeks appt bec we was still sick my son had paralysis in his face from the strep and infection and then caught a horrible rash on their face and mouth also.. anyway we found a different place this place is all about money and their patients are just like cattl... read more
