Moore Garage Doors scheduled an appointment the very next morning when I had an emergency with a door opener that was broken. Moore speedily diagnosed the issue--he clearly knows a lot about the various components of openers--and gave me the option to repair or replace the broken opener. I chose to replace the unit; it was over 12 years old. I found both technicians to be courteous and extremely capable.

Sonny Moore and his brother Steve did an amazing job of replacing our 16' steel garage door. What impressed me the most was their determination to make everything perfect. We live in a 50 year old house with all the settling issues of any home built on sand. Despite the floor sloping at one corner, Sonny determinedly worked the system to get the door to cover the tiny gap.
