We appreciated our interaction with Lane and his team...from his honesty and willingness to go above and beyond to replace our old unit...the customer service along with the fair cost and fast service turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience...
For over 6 years, we have had the BEST experience working with Moore Air & Heat. Lane and his entire team are consistently responsive, professional, fair, and reliable, especially when it comes to coordinating service for our residents. The team communicates clearly, shows up when scheduled, and completes work efficiently without cutting corners. As a property management company, having dependable vendors is critical, and they’ve proven to be a strong partner for us! Highly recommend!
Great people the 2 techs that came and swapped the blower out got it done lickity split. Very happy!
