Have been trying to get a rental agreement for a house for days. I keep hearing the same run around about the person being busy and not having enough time to send over an agreement. Wasted $150 on application fees because my family is too much on a time crunch for all this non communication and beating around the bush. They don’t care about their “affordable” housing otherwise I wouldn’t be waiting for a rental agreement for over a week. Very unprofessional they do not communicate well at all. Got told our application looked good. Then very next day they turned around and rented it to someone else… for a property in Denison
They rented me a completely destroyed house, terrible professionals.
Great customer service, very communicative and all about the tenant. Amazing amazing!!
I loved renting from Moore Acquisitions! Any time I had an issue, they got me scheduled to get my issue resolved, and communicated that my broken tree limb didn't take precedence over people that had air conditioning units out. I appreciated that!
