Morning receptionists are always so rude - especially if you don't "sound" like you've got an illness. The afternoon receptionists are always nice, to the point, and will help as much as possible - but it's so difficult to get on the phone with them because there's only two phone lines vs hundreds (thousands?) of patients. It's a free-for-all where you are constantly ringing & ringing & ringing, sometimes you can be trying for over half an hour - when there's obviously no appointment times left. Tried 3 days in a row just to get through to the reception, always busy or engaged. What a dreadful place.
