Morning receptionists are always so rude - especially if you don't "sound" like you've got an illness. The afternoon receptionists are always nice, to the point, and will help as much as possible - but it's so difficult to get on the phone with them because there's only two phone lines vs hundreds (thousands?) of patients. Tried 3 days in a row just to get through to the reception, always busy or engaged. What a dreadful place.
Moved far away. Can't get repeat prescriptions, they don't pick up. MP for central Preston not bothered about constituents not having local gp
