Package items better so they don't break in the mail and Be a company of your word and send the replacement. I rather have lit my money on fire than the horrible customer service experience I recieved here. I'll say it it's my own fault for trying to support a small business in Detroit. Finally made it to MOOR it was so nice clean friendly and inviting... even during the Covid mandate they had so much to offer... I received more help from the owners than I ever received at GNC. Thank you for taking the time out to explain the items and not rushing. This is my new store to go to for my vitamins and health items.
Great to see a black owned herbal store in the community. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind and always ready to help. This store is a great example of giving back to the community as a whole🙌. My only recommendation is to expand the current location.
Moor herbs not only have herbs to align your body in it's proper balance, they also have great food!
