I had a 10-day postpartum belly binding treatment with Lavender and it helps my recovery. Lavender is knowledgeable and kind. She explained every step of the treatment and shared her experience from self-care to baby care. I appreciate that she adjusted the binding method / tightness of the binder according to my body type, my progress and my tolerance to it. At the end of the course, a before / after photo comparison was provided as the best evidence on the effectiveness. Thank you Lavender!
