Past Many times I have been going I wait at least 20 min for my appt. One of the girls cut the skin on the end of my toes and was there for over 2 hours just for a medi and pedi. Pretty sure she had no experience. Just had them cancel my appt 1/2 hour before because they didn't have time and this leaves me stuck. Will change places now. Very unorganized. Overbook and lots of turn around now.
