Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. We booked an appointment for two people and they still sat us so far apart we couldn’t even talk, what’s the point of booking together if they separate you? The tech clearly didn’t care what I asked for and rushed through the entire appointment. I specifically asked for tips and said I wanted them short, but she cut them even shorter than my natural nails I came in with. Now they look ridiculous, like I have baby fingers. 4.8 stars?!?!?!? Sweet lord baby Jesus no! I grew my nails out for 2 weeks for my sisters wedding. EVERYTHING I SAID SHE DID THE OPPOSITE. She literally filed and clipped my nails to the bed. I told her multiple times to leave the length but she then took slippers and cut my nail off so I was screwed for the rest of my nails so I had to let it happen.
