My wife and I are regulars. Tacos are not traditional... They have interesting and creative themes that are pleasant change to traditional tacos. Ingredients are high quality, service is great, the store is clean and comfortable. Great place for a quick meal. I highly recommend Moon Tower.
The taco fillings were really very good, but this is yet another Colorado taco place that has no clue how to prepare a soft-corn tortilla. Given that most of the clientele is middle-class college kids, it probably doesn't hurt their business any, but if you're going to offer it, at least figure out how to serve it. Here's the simple version (and the thing is, there is ONLY the simple version. This is NOT rocket science): Out of the bag, a soft-corn tortilla is chalky, unflavorful, and breaks easily.
