I came in requesting a cool-toned result, and I’m disappointed that I’m being asked to pay another fee to correct the tone when it came out orange. The placement looks great, but the issue is the toning. If my hair didn’t lift as light as expected because of the color-depositing conditioner I used a couple of months ago, that should have been addressed with corrective toning during the service. Beth did great with my hair and sat down to talk about what I wanted. Also took time to teach me the best way to style my hair.
Some of you know that when you find a good waxer you stay with them. Mine moved so I was trying to find a new one. And thank goodness I came here. Faith is amazing!! She is so friendly, makes you feel so welcome, and my wax job has never looked so good. If you are looking for someone she is the gal!!
Nice salon. Good service. Beth Kush is a great stylist. Haven't had any other services here, yet. But I'm sure all services offered will be great! Definitely recommend checking this salon out.
