Best CrossFit box in town !
I’ve been to many CrossFit gyms around the world as I used to travel globally for work a lot. Now based in Chicago this is my local box. I have to say out of 20+ CrossFit boxes I’ve been to this is the best by far. I first dropped in, in 2021, and was happy to see when I joined up last year coach (the legendary) Dede was still rocking it! Not only is it a great workout for all skill levels, it’s a great daily social outing with the 0930 crew.
