Delicious food in the heart of Austin right by the convention center! We tried the pretzel sticks and grit cakes for appetizer and both were delicious! The chicken almondine entree with mashed potatoes and green beans was divine! Free popcorn too. Prices were a little bit high but food is worth it. Definitely would recommend this place!!
Outstanding food, customer service and venue! The Nook and Sunday Room are quite special! The corn dog shrimp and Jalapeño Hangar Steak...OMG - amazing! Do yourself a favor and check it out!!!

I have a shellfish allergy and had the best dining experience ever! My original entree choice was not an option because of the risk of cross contamination. Zach was our server and he let me know that it was not a safe dish and listed off some of my other options. I happily picked another dish then a few minutes later the Manager came over and told me that Zach had come to her to see if there was anyway they could make the entree I wanted happen. Stevie, at the bar is a world of history when it comes to the moonshine building and other austin info. The happy hour is fantastic, 5$ specialty drinks.. and 1/2 off the amazing appetizers. We almost had them all. The corn dog shrimp... omg I'll be back next friday...
