Favorite spot in downtown Austin.
This is the second time I have eaten here. The first time I had the chicken fried steak it was good but a bit too spicy for me. But the service is great. Today I had the salmon and garlic mash. It was to die for and the FIRST time I have EVER finished everything on my plate at a restaurant. Amazing food, amazing service. Definitely plan on making this my go to spot for RTX for next year and every year to come.
I've only been to Austin twice but I went to moonshine both times and will continue to go back. Best brunch I've ever had. Everything here is delicious.

My daughter and I came here for dinner the night before her UT visit. We were told that it would be a 45 minute wait. If it was, we didn’t realize it because they have a nice outside area to do your waiting, and the people watching was great that night. It’s not a large menu, but you are sure to find something that you like. I got the pimento cheese burger and my daughter got a salad with fried chicken in it. We both loved our food. I hope that she gets in to UT, because I would like to come to this place several more times.
