RecommendedI often travel for work, but for the past few years, I have traveled to Austin and brought my family with me. Both times we have visited, we have stopped in at Moonshine. We have never walked away disappointed. They have some of the best chicken fried steak and grits I have ever had... and I don't even like grits much! This time I tried the Jalapeno Hanger Steak, and was exceptionally impressed! Moonshine will always be one of our first stops when we visit Austin.
RecommendedMy husband and I stopped in last week while in town for a work convention and we loved everything about it! Friendly staff and amazing food. I had the pimento cheeseburger and I would definitely have to get it again if we are ever back in Austin. 5 stars!
