Would give 6 stars if I could, Doug is a awesome guy and can tell he is a hard working straight shooter. Quoted me almost 200$ cheaper than Freedom or Muffler man and had me in the same day. Ended up knocking almost a 100$ off as work was quicker than the quote. Don't get mechanic shops like this anymore. Other shops were still trying to sell me parts when I told them I had parts just needed install and Doug never once tried to sell me on his parts. Wind grabbed my driver's door. Couldn't close it....called around and Moonshine Automotive op today on a Saturday. Awesome service and super friendly staff! Thank you SO MUCH for the great service and the fellow who did the repair! Highly recommend this business. Service was fast on such short notice. Thank you to all the staff!👍👍
I won't take my vehicle anywhere else to be repaired, after going to Moonshine. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Some mechanical shops, tend to treat women a little different.. because a lot of us are not vehicle savy, but not these guys. They were more than happy to explain my options, along with the pros and cons of each option. I left happy and comfortable knowing they did the work. They were very efficient and quick!! I would give it 10 stars if I could. Thanks Guys!!!
Absolutely amazing customer service! Caliper on my truck failed on a Friday evening, by Saturday morning my truck was in the shop and that same afternoon it was completely fixed! They went above and beyond to help us in a pinch of time. Grateful to have this business in our small community.
