The first time i went the lady did ok after that i said i wasn’t going again ended up going again! Big Mistake the lady was very rude with my Brazilian wax. I think they need better attitudes. And to make it clear that if your name erased out the system because it’s been to long you’ll need to pay more.
I been a customer at Bessemer location for over 2 years. The lady that runs the business is definitely nice, sweet and her customer service is a 10. I really enjoy her service.
