Wow, I went here today to ask about a sound my car was making and the man at the front desk was rude and dismissive. He waited a full five minutes before he even greeted me. My grandmother, mother, and other family members have been going here for years. I’ve had my car serviced here 3 times within the last year. I don’t appreciate the rudeness. I usually go to Black mechanics, so that’s what I’ll most likely do moving forward.
Ive been a loyal customer since 2003. They do great work...IF, they get your car. Moons was not always the multi-shop entity that it has become today. While that's great for growth, it has been the complete opposite for their service and time management . Warning Don't drop your vehicle off and expect one-day service. I dropped my vehicle off right as the opened at 7AM for a brake/rotor and wheel check for vibration....I come back at 630PM and they haven't even checked the car out. It's unfortunate that I have to leave this review. I've been a customer of Moon's Auto for over 20 years, and until recently I had always been pleased with the work. Last year, however, my car sat at the shop for more than 90 days. When I finally got it back, the problem still wasn't fixed. I later took the vehicle to the dealership, where I was told that electrical tape had been placed on the wiring instead of the issue being properly repaired. I’m going keep it simple they don’t know what they doing neither shop. The one Jay running is the worse out of all of em he don’t have no customer service and I never had these issues with Danny. Never bringing my cars to them again
On July 3 2026 my husband and I went to moons auto repair on Marlboro Pike at 7 am, opening time just for them to check my ac on my car. We were there AFTER 9 am and still no one looked at my car! I felt the whole staff was RUDE especially when several people came after us and the mechanics went out immediately to service their vehicles and did NOTHING to my vehicle.
