The Moon's a Balloon We love going into The Moon's a Balloon. It is colorful and fun with unique gifts. The owners are very sweet and helpful. What a great location in Old Town Folsom!
The Moon's A Balloon What a great addition to Historic Folsom. A fun place for both children and adults to visit. But, the most wonderful part of their business is the special event decor they provide. I have never seen such fantastic balloon art. These people are professionals!
The best shop and owners in CA If you like balloons, this store is for YOU. The store is beautifully located in old downtown Folsom. The staff and owners are the best. They are knowledgeable, courteous and absolutely wonderful people. They listen and create the most wonderful balloon creations. I would recommend the singing birthday balloon special with a bottle of champagne. Exquisite!!
