BE VERY CAREFUL- THEY MAY TRY TO SCAM YOU FOR YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY. After moving out we received a charge for $572 for damages to the apartment. It took me several back-and-forths with our property manager Jordan before he would finally send us the move-out documents which explained what the charges were for. Stole a months worth of rent and our security deposit. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They charged us an extra months worth of rent even though we gave them notice and even shared emails that we had sent with them proving that we had specified our move out date. Haven’t given us our security deposit back even though they only had to replace some blinds. Horrible experience from start to finish, I regret signing that initial lease. Please learn from my mistakes.
