I currently live here and as beautiful as the property is the management is complete crap! I have the worst upstairs neighbor that’s loud all the time and disrespectful to her neighbors but the management is absolutely no help! And don’t get me started on the joke that they call security! I’ve called to complain numerous times and the main office instead of handling the situation, they offered me to leave! Talk about incompetence!
The manager at the location was impressive but the corporate office managing this location is awful. This is by far the worst potential apartment for an international student as the process is hectic, and corporate refuses to be helpful in the application process. I had previously lived here but reapplying was practically impossible.
Disappointing service. Had to take a day off to schedule an appointment cuz the office only opens few hours on weekdays, and I have waited for half an hour at leasing office but no one was there, I called but the operator didn’t work on site and couldn’t reach the manager either, and haven’t heard back yet. The surroundings seem nice, but means nothing if they don’t welcome future tenants
Apartments are small and cozy, perfect if you're a student looking for nothing fancy. Property is clean and is always being maintained. Neighbors are quiet and the only noise is coming from the freeway. I've had no issues living here so far.
Great living accommodations and great price! I lived here for 3 years and my sister lived here for nearly 10. I loved the affordability, ease of access to the property manager, Susana, their online portal, and amazing maintenance team. The buildings are older, and it definitely can show at times.
