New ownership is fantastic, from the leasing specialist Chi to the manager Chris and the entire team, myself and wife love it here!!
There are new owners, and honestly, they do a terrible job. Everything has to be handled through an app; they never answer the phone, and the office is always closed. It’s bad service—honestly, I wouldn't recommend it. Plus, the units are full of mice; I’ve spoken to neighbors, and they complain about mice too.
I always have the best experience with the maintenance team!! They are amazing!!!
