There are new owners, and honestly, they do a terrible job. Everything has to be handled through an app; they never answer the phone, and the office is always closed. It’s bad service—honestly, I wouldn't recommend it. Plus, the units are full of mice; I’ve spoken to neighbors, and they complain about mice too.
I always have the best experience with the maintenance team!! They are amazing!!!
The staff and maintenance crew were top tier as usual nothing but caring and positive energy they are always on top of any problem no matter how small or big the issue is they tackle the solution and problem solved blessings to the Moonraker team
