My husband took his VW to moonlite to have it inspected and to fix a problem that 2 other VW specialists could not figure out and fix!! Moonlite pulled through, not only found the issue, but fixed the problem, and had it ready for pickup the same day!! Mark and Paul are very knowledgable, friendly, honest and professional. Dropped off a Euro 635csi in need of restoration which Bertha and Mark assured me they would be interested in working on. The car has been there for ver a month now and NEVER a return phone call after MANY attempts!!!!!! I finally called from a different number and got Bertha who gave me to Mark. He told me in a few days I'd here back. That was well over two weeks ago. No return calls no return emails!!!! Not the way to conduct business!! POOR RATING!! If there was a 1/4 star it would be much less than that. BEWARE!!!
Mark and Paul are the best..only guys I let work on my car.
